One of the best things our country has to offer is the gastronomy! Our gastronomic experiences range from visits to markets where you can taste street food with homemade and authentic seasonings, walking tours through neighborhoods such as La Roma and Condesa, the Historic Center, Coyoacan, the markets...taco hopping and more. The best flavors of Mexico are cooked in the streets, in the tianguis, in the homes of families, in the best restaurants and we will take you to discover the hidden gems of the locals.

The historic center of Mexico City is a living museum. The history of our country's capital begins here with the Mexica Empire and the remains of this great civilization can be found here. We will tell you about them, the Spanish conquest, the architecture, cultural events, the best places to eat, shop, shooting sessions and the hidden gems of the locals. Mexico City's historic center: a living museum.

Xochimilco preserves what remains of the pre-Hispanic era in the capital. Kayak through the canals at sunrise and discover what Mexico City looked like in ancient times with artificial islands floating on the lake. It will be a profound experience where you will enjoy sighting native and migratory birds, the sun rising between the volcanoes or hiding between the mountains, along with the sounds of nature. We will disembark on an island to learn about the history of the Xochimilcas, the first inhabitants of Mexico City. We will explain the technique they used to design the artificial islands known as chinampas and the system they developed to plant crops on them. Includes agroecological breakfast.

A visit to authentic Xochimilco, passing through its markets, we will travel by canoe along one of the less crowded piers to take you into the middle of the canals and tell you about the first settlers of Lake Texcoco, now Mexico City. You will be able to admire the natural beauty of this place, the canals, the artificial islands known as chinampas, the ancestral cultivation technique, and the magical and endemic species of this place, the axolotl, a species of salamander capable of regenerating itself. We will guide you through the first colony of New Spain, where its cobbled streets, colonial squares, colorful markets, folk art museums, handicrafts, churros, ice cream, urban art, and of course Frida Kahlo's house create a unique bohemian atmosphere. Includes the entrance to the Museo Nacional de las Culturas Populares.
